Contemplative Dance Practice
December 13 @ 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm PST
$10 drop-in – cash or check at the door
Contemplative Dance Practice combines sitting meditation practice with improvisational movement practice, offering “a place to observe and research, alone and together.” and the possibility of “synchronizing body and mind.” It is designed to be accessible to anyone and simply asks for a willingness to be present and attentive to meeting each moment as it arises. Please bring a yoga block, meditation cushion, blanket, or bolster for sitting. You may also wish to have something to write with and on.
