Yoga with Elizabeth Barnet – ONLINE via Zoom
ONLINE via Zoom Continuing Yoga Classes on Friday Mornings. These classes included gentle warm ups and stretches, standing poses, and some resting poses. The pacing is rhythmic. Focus on strength, stretch, relaxation, and breathing. Basic props needed include sticky mat, firm blankets, a strap, and a bolster if you have one. A wall or chair is also helpful for some poses.
