Pilates

Pilates with Lauren LaRocca

We host both regular and seated pilates in our church space on a weekly basis. Both classes focus on core strength, muscle tone, joint flexibility and posture. With pilates, you exercise your body from your core outward, yielding more noticeable results in posture and flexibility than other traditional methods of exercise. Join us for one of our classes and find out if pilates is right for you!
