This evening gathering is an opportunity for Anna O’Malley, MD and James Stark to guide you through the nature of the Art of Vitality program. From tasting nourishing food and drink sourced from the Commonweal Garden to being in a circle honoring connection to ourselves and the beauty of nature, you will experience elements of the Art of Vitality program. Come learn how this program has impacted fellow community members and consider joining the third circle, launching in the beginning of October. We hope you can join us.
