Stretching and strenghtening the body. Balancing. Gaining range of motion in the joints. Practicing awareness. Joining together, once more, to breathe and let go of stress.
Ellen has been teaching since 1970. She was certified in the Iyengar tradition and has also studied for many years with Ramanand Patel. Her years in dance and Tai Chi inform her teaching and practice.
Class will also be Zoomed and recorded for registered students.
