Yoga with Elizabeth Barnet – ongoing
This class includes flow yoga (vinyasana) as well as focused and sustained poses, including some advanced work. Please sign in at least 5 minutes before start. I will sign in by 8:45am. Recommended props: sticky mat, yoga belt or similar strap, foam or wooden blocks, firm blankets and/or yoga bolster.
Elizabeth’s yoga classes will continue online for now, but private sessions or small group sessions can be arranged to supplement the online classes and to give additional attention to individual questions or issues. New students, please email in advance of class so we can arrange an introduction by phone or zoom.
Fees: $16 drop in; $75 for five classes. Private and small group sessions $75/hour
