Tuesday Morning Pilates
West Marin bodyworker, yoga and Pilates instructor Lorraine Fisher-Smith guides the early morning Pilates class. Pilates builds a strong core to promote good posture and prevent injury, and this class brings a focus on that strength for its practical application to our daily lives. Along with core, students learn how to isolate lesser-known muscles in exercises for a more well-rounded and balanced strength.
