Hero, Anti-Hero, Superhero: On Stage and Screen From Prometheus and Antigone to Faust, Saint Joan and Willy Loman, these lectures will address the prototypical and problematic heroes of the theater and cinema. A thoughtful historical review of classical to modern entertainment on stage and screen. Taught by Larry Eilenberg, Professor of Theater at San Francisco State, and former Artistic Director of Magic Theater (1992 – 2003).
