Hatha Yoga with Alison Wood

Drop in on Friday mornings from 10-11am for a potent but gentle Hatha yoga class with Alison Wood of Abalone Apothecary & Chinese Medicine Clinic. All levels welcome. Our focus is on establishing the breath and marrying it with our movements, and sharing a small simple practice you can use at home. Cost is $20 per class. Bring a mat, and also bolster if you need one to sit comfortably cross-legged. See you there!
