Gentle Yoga with Elizabeth Barnet
This gentle yoga class is especially for older men and women as well as those who need a slower pace. We move from restful, supported postures to gentle warm-up movements to classical yoga postures. Each individual builds upon his/her strength, flexibility, and balance, giving careful attention to breathing and postural alignment.
