Dream Farm Mushrooms Presents: Growing Lion’s Mane Mushrooms

In this 3-hour workshop we will explore this amazing mushroom with “head, heart, and hands”, tasting Lion’s Mane tea, discussing its natural history, traditional uses, folklore, and research findings, and then diving in and making our own Lion’s Mane “mini-farm”s to take home. The class is suitable for any level of experience, beginners welcome.Mushroom tea will be served. You are invited to bring a potluck item to share with the group during our class break.
