Deep Hatha Flow Yoga
Spring Session – Tuesdays, 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Eight classes: March 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 and April 5, 12 & 19
Mixed level yoga class with emphasis on breath and awareness.
This philosophy based practice includes a fluid sun salutation, asana practice offered with gradations of challenge, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
