Community Cultural Center
Dance Palace Outdoor Summer Camp is a new day camp model, created to serve the community’s needs in times of COVID-19, facilitating friendship, creativity and summer fun while prioritizing safety in the context of COVID-19. We place a high priority on helping campers to experience new activities and the natural world, connect to their own creativity and to develop positive relationships with trusted adults and one another.
Camp will be held entirely outdoors at the Dance Palace, offering a range of art, movement, logic, and nature-based activities. The camp will run for 4 week-long sessions, with a maximum of 18 campers attending per week. Camp will run from 9AM to 5PM from Monday-Thursday (4 days a week). (Week 3 is for teens/tweens only.)
The camp will feature a combination of structured and unstructured activities designed to keep campers engaged and connected throughout the day. Campers will be assigned to stable mixed-age cohort groups of socially distanced Huddles.
Session 1: June 21 – 24 (4 days) – $425
Session 2: June 28 – July 1 (4 days) – $425
Session 4: July 12 – 15 (4 days)- $425
