Aikido for Kids with Ruth Lopez – Session 1 – IN PERSON

Aikido is the only martial art that seeks to resolve conflict without harming the attacker. Children find that aikido helps them learn to get along, build self-confidence, develop focus, good manners, and calmness. Training developed physical coordination and balance.

Tuesdays, 4-5pm, class for ages 7 and up. Class size is limited to ensure social distancing. Masks required as a form of self defense; masks are how we defend ourselves, and protect others, from the coronavirus.
