Health and Fitness

A healthy mind and a healthy body leads to a happy life! We host a variety of classes and workshops here at the Dance Palace to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Come join us to calm your mind with meditation and yoga, or play a friendly game of ping pong and exercise while having fun. We hold health and fitness classes every week for all ages.
