Aikido for Younger Kids with Ruth Lopez

Kids ages 8 to 13 years. Tuesdays through February 9. 6 week session / $60 or 12 weeks for $120

Aikido is the only martial art that seeks to resolve conflict without harming the attacker. Children find that aikido helps them learn to get along, builds self-confidence, develops focus, good manners, and calmness. Training develops physical coordination and balance.

Ages 5 to 7.
