Awareness Through Movement offers a relaxing way to learn to feel... better.  
 
How we move is a major influence on how we feel in our body, mind, and sprit. Regardless of our past, we can become more comfortable and free. Whether you are experiencing pain from injury or overuse, depend on your body for work and play, or simply want to connect more deeply with yourself, this class can help you feel better. 
 
Tuesdays 6-7pm, January 9 through February 27, 2018.  Class consists of very gentle guided movements, suitable for everyone. Dress warm and please bring a blanket for lying on the floor.  Cost is $10 drop-in, or all 8 classes for $75.
