Practice & The Person
A workshop on improvising & revealing the complete person
in three parts, over three weeks

As a group we will spend time warming up our own bodies in the space, generating gentle solo material not to be shown but simply to be experienced. Listening for the yes, we will pay deep attention to what emerges, what we notice, and our relationship to patterns.
May 9, 16 & 23
In week one the group will generate solo material from our own bodies, practicing witnessing and being witnessed.

In week two the group will slowly combine our solo material into duets, finding ways to stay true to our own work while navigating space with others.
