Tuesdays ongoing, 9:30-10:30 AM

Elevate your well-being through this mindful movement.  Increase body awarenes, build core strength and improve your stamina.  During this seated class (with some standing work), you'll perform exercises based on the comtempory Pilates repertoire.  Many of the exercises incorporate props to provide feedback and add fun.  Learn to move in a healthful and spine-supporting manner.  Come Enjoy Pilates!
