COLEMAN BARKS: THE POEMS OF RUMI
Point Reyes Books is excited to present Coleman Barks reading his inspired translations of the ecstatic poems of Jelaluddin Rumi, a 13th century Sufi mystic whose poetry is filled with humor, wisdom, and spiritual depth. Coleman Barks is a primary conduit for bringing Rumi’s mystical consciousness into English. He has translated and published more than 15 collections of Rumi’s poems.

MALT HOLIDAY PARTY HONORING RALPH GROSSI
Ralph Grossi, a founding board member of MALT, has come home to West Marin after 23 years in Washington D.C. as the president of the American Farmland Trust. We will welcome him home, hear about the state of farmland and farm policy nationwide, and view The Hidden Bounty of Marin, a video that highlights the rich landscape and daily life on Marin farms and ranches.
